RANS膜

系统简介

氨氮作为常见的水体污染物和大气污染物,对人类的身体健康和生态环境产生严重危害。一般来说,废水中的氨氮主要以氮气(N2)、氨(NH3)、硝酸盐、亚硝酸、有机氨等形式存在于水体中。目前国内外处理氨氮废水的工艺主要为蒸汽气提法、空气吹脱法、折点加氯法、生物脱除法和膜吸收法。

RANS膜原理

氨氮在水中存在以下离解平衡:
NHa+ +OH-<一>NHs T +H20
废水中pH提高或者温度上升时,上述平衡将会向右移动,按根
离子NH4+变成游离的气态NH3。此时气态NH3可以透过中空纤
维表面的微孔从壳程中的废水相进入管程的酸吸收液相,被酸
液吸收立刻又变成离子态的NH4+。
